In the spring of 2024, we saw that the time had come to start our own restaurant Ribster American Bar & Grill in Oktogon and Westend City Center.

THE RIBSTER STORY – New American restaurant with familiar flavours

After 25 years, we decided to establish our own restaurant! We gathered all the experience from the past years to create Budapest’s new, number one American restaurant.

But why RIBSTER? Our restaurant is named after our most popular dish, the American-style Baby Back Ribs. The RIBSTER – American Restaurant & Bar remains faithful to its predecessor, but awaits fans of American cuisine with continuous innovations. We are still waiting for you at Oktogon and the Westend Shopping Center.
